Account Deletion Instructions

Users can permanently delete their Go Air Cool account by following these steps:

1. Go to https://goaircool.com/account/delete-account.
2. Enter your registered mobile phone number.
3. Verify your identity by entering the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.
4. Read the account deletion notice carefully.
5. Check the "I understand and agree that my account will be permanently deleted" consent checkbox.
6. Tap the Delete Account button.
7. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

What Happens After Account Deletion?

Once your account is deleted:

1. Your account will be permanently deactivated.
2. Your profile information will be removed from our active systems.
3. Your saved addresses, wish list, and preferences will be deleted.
4. You will no longer be able to access your account or order history through the app.
5. Certain transaction records, invoices, or information may be retained where required by applicable laws, taxation, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legal obligations.
